This Gorgeous 350 HA Game Farm is located approximately 160 Kilometers from Pretoria, Near Naboomspruit. The topography features a sloping mountain resulting in 60% mountainous and 40 % flat areas. The typical Waterberg bushveld provides breathtaking scenery with waterfalls and mountain streams during the rainy season. Improvements
- The lodge consists of an entertainment area which opens onto a covered verandah. There is a spacious bar and dining area which can easily be converted into a conference room, overlooking the boma and braai area. There is a swimming pool, an outlook and a waterhole at the lodge.
- The lodge accommodation is comprised of four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the veranda, two spacious, open plan bedroom and lounge units that are currently for the owner’s private use. These two units exit onto a deck overlooking the game feeding area at the waterhole. There is a tent room with ablution facilities.
- There is thatched under-cover parking for eight vehicles.

- The outbuildings include slaughtering facilities, a very large IBR barn excellent condition, with a storeroom and generator room.
- The farm is completely off the grid and solar equipped. The battery system has recently been replaced and there is a backup generator system.
- All the boreholes run on solar power and service the lodge and farm. The lodge has 3 x 5 000 liter water tanks and two hot water “donkeys” and the staff accommodation has 2 x 5 000 liter water tanks at the entrance gate. There is a cement dam with and equipped borehole.
- The farm has one camp of 60 hectares.

No recent game count had been done, but the farm is home to the following game: Eland (Livingstone herd), Blue Wildebeest, Golden Wildebeest, Kudu, Zebra, Blesbuck, Impala, Waterbuck, Giraffe, Bushbuck, Small Game such as Klipspringer, Steenbuck, Duiker, Warthog, and Bush Pig.
