Beautiful 1238 HA Game Farm in Limpopo

This Beautiful 1238 HA Game Farm is situated in Limpopo on the Selati Riverfront, approximately 408 Kilometers from Pretoria. This game farm boasts two Kilometers of riverfront and the topography consists of mostly flat terrain with small rocky ridges and a sweet bushveld habitat with beautiful large trees, and a variety of fauna. There is a suspension bridge over the Selati river, which makes the land accessible when the river is in flood and this is the only title deed that has land on both sides of the river. Water holes in riverbed during the dry season is utilized by all animals, especially elephant, buffalo, and rhino which makes this a unique piece of land. The game farm forms part of a Nature Reserve of 27 000 HA. The parts of the reserve are owned by private individuals each with its own full title deed land incorporated in the reserve to make up the 27 000 HA which is controlled by the managing company. The new land shareholder will automatically own shares in the company. The company`s shares are owned by the landowners according to individual land sizes and each share holder has traversing rights on the total 27 000 HA although each owner’s lodge area of 500 meters radius around the respective lodge is a no-entry zone for that owner’s own privacy. Each owner has hunting rights on his own title area and the species to be hunted is decided by the owners at a yearly A.G.M. All expenses for normal game farm practicing i.e. fencing, roads, water drinking holes, staff management, Anti-Poaching, etc. are covered by the company who’s income is generated by hunting concession, Eco training, walking safaris, and other excursions. Levies are charged should there be a shortage of income. As the reserve is registered as a protected wildlife area there will be no mining rights.
